They are made with 3D Printed PLA with Alumilite Resin, dyes and\/or mica powders making a beautiful hybrid blank.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI suggest \u003cstrong\u003erounding via sanding\u003c\/strong\u003e the long edges of these blanks to alleviate the long edge of the honeycomb popping out when initially rounding the blank on lathe. If they do pop out they will not affect the end pen or diamond painting pen as you will turn away the pop out anyways.  If you do end up with an issue or blank that is not usable please reach out and let me know.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe blanks have been put under pressure to minimize bubbles. The blanks are all \u0026gt; 7\/8\" x 7\/8\" and 5 1\/4\" long or greater.
